(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

We are currently looking for a (Senior) Project Manager (all genders) for our team in Amsterdam (on-site).

• As (Senior) Project Manager (all genders) you are responsible for interdisciplinary spatial brand projects and project teams in the fashion, sports & lifestyle sector and are the first point of contact for the customer
• Together with your colleagues in project management, design and sourcing & production, you will realize client wishes and make sure that deadlines are met and budgets not exceeded and projects are completed profitably
• You will be responsible for project planning, project timelines, proposal preparation, costing and invoicing, as well as project documentation.
• You will align with our own production and/or production partners to organize an in-time production of different activations, in-store installations and/or window campaigns
• Planning and organizing logistics processes with an international dimension will be part of your daily tasks
• As (Senior) Project Manager (all genders) you are the contact person for our customers and support the development of the business relationship through targeted customer communication

• A specific degree or background is not required, however several years of experience in Project Management is essential
• Experience in working on spatial brand projects at retail (pop-ups, activations, window & POS materials) is an advantage - ideally you have work experience in an agency environment
• A successful (Senior) Project Manager (all genders) is able to delegate, but also has a hands on approach and carries the responsibility to support the team in managing the workload
• You should be fluent in English (written and spoken) and your knowledge of MS, Excel and MAC is very good
• You take ownership and you have a track record of being a responsible and reliable partner in projects
• You are able to work under pressure, you love a fast pace work environment, you can work independently and bring a high degree of flexibility

Please note that this is an on-site role that requires regular office presence in Amsterdam; full remote work is not possible.
