Service Team Member – Holiday Park in Hapert | €17.67 per hour

At this holiday park in Hapert, every day revolves around good food, easy-going service and a real holiday atmosphere. Families, returning guests, local visitors and holidaymakers of all ages come here for lunch, dinner, a buffet, pizza or a quick bite. You help make their day that little bit better.

You will work at a large, lively location surrounded by nature. The plaza has several hospitality outlets, including a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, a pizzeria and a snack bar. It can get busy, but the atmosphere stays informal, friendly and down-to-earth. Guests are here to enjoy their holiday, so the service style is warm, relaxed and approachable.

You will join a successful holiday park in Hapert, where many guests stay for several days and often come back. That means you will regularly see familiar faces.

Although the location is large, the team feels personal and welcoming. People work hard, but there is also time to laugh together. After a shift, there is room to catch up with colleagues or have a drink together.

As a service team member, you are one of the faces of the hospitality operation on the park. You help guests in the restaurants and around the plaza, keep tables tidy and stay calm during busy moments.

You do not need previous hospitality experience. You will receive training and support, so you can learn step by step how everything works. What matters most is that you enjoy working with people and understand that guests are here for a good holiday experience.

• You welcome guests and help them in a friendly, informal way
• You take orders and serve drinks and dishes
• You clear tables and help keep the restaurant areas tidy
• You support the buffet, restaurant or other areas within the plaza
• You help during busy moments, such as lunch, dinner or holiday peaks
• You help create a positive experience for guests together with your colleagues

• This role suits you if you enjoy being around people and get energy from a lively work environment
• Hospitality experience is not required. It does help if you are friendly, easily connect with people and enjoy helping guests. The atmosphere is approachable, personal and informal
• You are available for seasonal work from now until the end of October. If it is a good match on both sides, you can also continue working throughout the year

• An hourly wage of €17.67 including holiday allowance and holiday days
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre
• 25% Sunday allowance
• Work for 32 to 38 hours per week, with room to discuss what suits you
• Shifts from 12:00 to 21:00, 14:00 to 22:00 or 16:00 to 23:30
• Training and guidance, also if you do not have hospitality experience yet
• Work at a busy holiday park in Hapert, surrounded by nature
• An informal working atmosphere with a friendly Brabant-style team
• The possibility to continue working after the season, in autumn or throughout the year
