Wat ga je doen als Servicemanager bij Segway-Ninebot?In this role, you make sure our customers and dealers receive fast, friendly and professional support. You help them with technical questions, guide them through issues and make sure every service request is handled in the right way. You work closely with other departments in Europe to keep the service process smooth and organised.
Your main tasks:
- Manage the Service Center for KickScooters in the Benelux.
- Support dealers (B2B) with technical questions about e-Scooters and e-Mopeds.
- Help dealers by phone or email with issues, concerns or complaints.
- Handle and monitor service level agreements with key retailers.
- Work mainly from your desk, where you advise customers on technical matters and follow up on their requests.
- Process warranty claims in SAP.
- Collect the right information to correctly handle each inquiry.
- Keep the service center running smoothly by understanding and improving all daily processes.
- Make sure unresolved issues go to the right colleague or department.
- Coordinate and communicate clearly with internal teams across Europe.

You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Good understanding of customer service and how to support customers in a professional way.
- Technical interest: you are willing to learn everything about our Segway products.
- Experience with basic administrative tasks.
- The ability to work independently and use good judgement.
- Very good communication skills in both English and Dutch, spoken and written.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude: you take initiative and don’t wait for others to solve things.
- A team mindset: you communicate clearly and listen well.
- A customer-focused way of working.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse issues.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
