As Supervisor Fresh Fish Department in Katwijk, you are the key player on the department floor. You’ll distribute the work, ensure everything is done according to quality and hygiene standards, and monitor product quality. You’ll also keep an eye on inventory and make sure all orders are processed and shipped correctly and on time. You’ll actively work alongside your team, support colleagues when needed, and always keep an overview of daily operations. The work floor is cool, but the atmosphere is friendly and supportive. You’ll work Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 15:30.

- Able to organize well and lead team members in a positive way
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Flexible, responsible, and independent
