Would you like to challenge our year 1 and year 2 students to explore their creative skills? Do you like working with 12 to 14-year olds who excel in hands-on learning environments? Then you are the team player we are looking for to help our students reach the next step in their educational journey. We invite you to come help our team achieve our shared goal with your creative input.
Being a teacher at Groot Goylant you are required to teach your subject(s) but also collaborate to develop various projects. Besides your teaching ability your eagerness to empower our students with skills important for their future lives and contribute to a safe learning environment.
We are looking for a colleague who:- Has an excellent command in English;
- Has good communicative skills;
- Is flexible;
- Is passionate about working with vocational students;
- Is happy and able to work in a team.
Educational requirements and other:
- Appropriate teaching qualification;
- Dutch passport or eligibility to live and work in the Netherlands;
- A “Verklaring van goed gedrag” (VOG) will be required upon appointment.
You are going to teach Visual Arts and Design Technology to the first and second year students of our bilingual/international department. You create and deliver inspiring lessons that encourage students to explore their creativity. You feel confident working with high-powered tools in Design Technology.
Startdate: 1-08-2026
Groot Goylant is a Dutch school for vocational education for 12-16 year-old students. Our school offers a bilingual/international programme. You will work together with other international/native English speaking teachers.
