On behalf of our client WorkNomads, is seeking a Team Coach to join our contact center partner, working onsite in Sint-Truiden, Belgium. In this exciting role, you will support our partner's growth by guiding, motivating, and developing a dynamic team of call advisors who assist customers daily with questions, solutions, and service.
Your mission:
- Monitor daily team performance (SLA, AHT, adherence, idle time, quality).
- Take targeted actions when deviations occur and ensure objectives are met.
- Report daily to the Ops Manager and discuss trends and improvement areas.
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1 conversations with each advisor.
- Listen to calls regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Stimulate growth, motivation, and a positive team culture.
- Ensure excellent customer experience: friendliness, empathy, and solution orientation.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable improvement plans for the team.
- Encourage advisors to go the extra mile in service.
- Prepare weekly schedules and monitor adherence, attendance, and leave requests.
- Organize daily team huddles with the project manager.
- Flexibly support the team on the line during understaffing to maintain service levels.
Your toolkit:
- Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a contact center or similar environment.
- Proven coaching and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
- Analytical, stress-resistant, with strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of KPIs, Excel, and operational reporting.
- Flexible, result-oriented, and a true team player.
