• Own the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly trading performance of our ecommerce platforms — driving revenue, conversion, and margin through smart merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Partner with Buying & Planning to align pricing, stock, and markdown strategies with trading goals.
• Lead weekly trade meetings to review results, share insights, and define next steps to boost performance.
• Shape and execute digital merchandising strategies that enhance product discovery and customer engagement.
• Manage key site areas — from product listings to campaign landing pages — ensuring they’re always optimised, on-brand, and visually inspiring.
• Oversee how products are presented online, from titles and descriptions to imagery and cross-selling tactics.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring promotions and seasonal stories to life through high-impact visuals and layouts.
• Analyse KPIs like conversion, bounce rate, and AOV to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to execute promotional campaigns that convert — and measure their success post-launch.
• Work hand-in-hand with Site Experience to refine the shopping journey, eliminate friction points, and boost satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of the market by keeping a close eye on competitor activity, pricing, and merchandising best practices.
THE TEAM
You will be part of the Ecommerce team and will work closely with Buying & Planning, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Site Experience and Operations.
Together, you’ll ensure our digital storefronts not only look incredible — but also deliver on performance and commercial goals.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years’ experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising in fashion or retail
• Very good working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (like Magento or SFCC), analytics (web & BI) and site merch tools.
• Strong commercial acumen — you know how to turn insights into revenue.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to address senior audiences
• Experienced in leading small, diverse teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you’ll ideally have
• Delivered strong ecommerce growth by improving key trading KPIs (revenue, conversion, AOV, margin) through effective merchandising, smart promotional planning and data-driven trading actions.
• Established a best-in-class site merchandising framework — ensuring product presentation, category structures and navigation are consistently optimised, on brand and driving measurable improvements in product discovery and user engagement.
• Strengthened cross-functional collaboration with Buying & Planning, Digital Marketing, Site Experience and Site Operations — ensuring stock levels, campaigns and onsite execution are seamlessly coordinated and commercially focused.
• Created a culture of insight-led optimisation by embedding regular performance reporting and competitor benchmarking to inform decisions and continuously enhance the shopping journey.
