Informatie

Your future employer

Our client is a family-owned business based in Tilburg, and a market leader in the Benelux for natural stone production. With a strong focus on quality, customization, and service, they create stunning stone solutions for both individual and corporate clients, locally and internationally. Their team is passionate, professional, and committed to excellence — and now they’re excited to welcome you!

About the job

Are you hands-on, motivated, and looking to join a friendly and professional team? This is your chance!

What will you do?

As a Technical Production Employee, you'll play a crucial role in the final stage of the production process. Your job is to polish composite, marble, and granite worktops using hand tools and simple technical drawings. You'll ensure the perfect finish — smooth, flawless, and ready to impress the customer. In fact, you’re the final check before the product leaves our factory!

You’ll work closely with colleagues in the Production Department, which also includes the Specials and Mechanical Departments. Under the supervision of the team foreman, you'll help deliver the quality our company is known for across the Benelux.

Don’t worry if you don’t have direct experience with stone — training is provided on the job!

Who are you

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Handy with tools and equipment;
  • Technically and spatially skilled;
  • Detail-oriented and precise;
  • Communicative in English;
  • A team player who can also work independently;
  • Full-time available (40 hours per week);
  • Experienced with natural stone (a plus, not a must!).

We value personal growth. If you show initiative and want to learn, we’re here to support your development.

What we offer you
  • A great team of supportive colleagues;
  • Paid internal training and career growth opportunities;
  • A net monthly salary of €1300 (after rent and health insurance costs);
  • The possibility of a permanent contract after 12 months;
  • Overtime opportunities;
  • 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
  • Private room in shared housing with colleagues (rent deducted from salary);
  • Company-arranged health insurance;
  • Daily transport to and from work;
  • Support in getting your BSN number and settling in.

Ready to get started?

If you're excited about this opportunity and want to be part of a growing, supportive company, apply now! We'd love to get to know you and tell you more about the role.
