Project Planning & Initiation: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and developing comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.

Project Execution & Monitoring: Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, etc.), monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to schedules/budgets, and managing project risks.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and presenting status reports to senior management.

Technical Oversight: Overseeing the technical development of equipment and mechatronic systems, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.

Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Post-Project Evaluation: Conducting post-project evaluations, identifying lessons learned, and implementing feedback to enhance future project performance.

- Duration: 1-year contractor role with potential for extension.
