Your Role
As a Technical Project manager, you take ownership of delivering our energy systems at client sites. You lead projects end-to-end, ensuring technical feasibility, high quality, and delivery within time and budget.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software) and act as the technical and organisational backbone of each project.

- Lead projects on-site, from planning through delivery
- Safeguard quality, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and adjust project plans and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Contribute technically and drive product improvements
- Prepare reports and progress updates for management
- Work closely with suppliers and value chain partners
What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading technical projects
- Experience combining software development with hardware systems
- Knowledge of heat pumps and/or HVAC systems is a strong plus
- PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a preference
- Results-driven, decisive, and well-organised
