Informatie

The work starts in day shifts with a salary of €15.73 per hour, without extra allowances. You will process backlogged materials using one of our grinding mills. If your language skills are good and you perform well, you can continue working with us after the project and move into a production role in a 5-shift system, including a 30% shift allowance.

After two months, you will transition into a Production Worker role.

As a Logistics Production Operator, you make sure the flow of materials in the recycling process runs smoothly. Your job is varied: sometimes you operate a forklift to move raw materials or finished products, and other times you support the production process and keep the machines running. In this role, you help recycle PET bottles and other plastics, contributing to a more sustainable world.

Your responsibilities:

  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished products with a forklift
  • Supplying raw materials to machines and replacing filters
  • Monitoring stock and keeping the warehouse and site organized
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and structured working environment
  • Contacting the Technical Department in case of malfunctions or issues

What we ask:

  • A practical and flexible work attitude
  • Experience in production or logistics is a plus
  • A forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • A team player with a focus on safety and quality

Within our close-knit family business, you can count on a pleasant working atmosphere and committed colleagues. In addition, we offer you:

  • A competitive salary in line with your experience and knowledge, including a 30% shift allowance
  • A clear and structured 5-shift schedule (continuous operation: 6 days on, 4 days off)
  • Opportunities for career advancement, for example to the role of Shift Supervisor
  • Travel allowance from 5 km (€0.23 per km)
  • A gross hourly wage of €20.42 (including shift allowance)
  • Extra benefits such as weekly fresh fruit, vitality programs, and an annual BBQ
  • Weekly salary payments
  • One dedicated point of contact for all your questions

You will start working in a day shift from 08:00 to 17:00. After two months, you will move to a 5-shift system.

You will work in a fixed 10-day rotation:

  • 2 days early shift (06:00 – 14:00)
  • 2 days late shift (14:00 – 22:00)
  • 2 days night shift (22:00 – 06:00)
  • Followed by 4 days off

Job requirements:

  • Forklift certificate or driving license (no certificate yet? You can obtain one through us)
  • Good level of Dutch and/or English
  • Hands-on mentality and result-oriented
  • Team player with a cooperative attitude
  • Focus on safety and responsible working
  • Flexible and willing to work in a 5-shift system and perform different tasks

The company is one of Europe’s largest producers of high-quality recycled raw materials, with an annual production of more than 220,000 tons, serving the European market from small businesses in the plastics processing industry to the world’s largest multinationals.
