TIG Welder

For a technical manufacturing company in the Oosterhout region, we are looking for multiple welders. The company specializes in precision work within the metal industry and supplies to a broad range of clients. Quality and craftsmanship are central to daily operations. As a welder, you carry out welding activities using TIG, MIG/MAG, spot, and stud welding methods, according to established work instructions. You work on series ranging from 1 to 10 pieces and are part of a close-knit team of 4 welders, where collaboration and coordination are essential. You carefully check the weld quality and dimensions of your own work, and verify the result of the previous production step before starting. You work in a 2-shift system and follow applicable safety regulations.

• Welding using TIG, MIG/MAG, spot, and stud welding methods according to work instructions
• Preparing workpieces and materials
• Checking weld quality and dimensions
• Verifying the result of the previous production step
• Handling tools, welding equipment, and PPE with care
• Collaborating within a team of 4 welders

• Experience with welding (TIG/MIG/MAG), preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Relevant welding certificates are a plus, particularly for stainless steel work
• Able to read technical drawings and basic material knowledge (metal)
• Flexible availability for 2-shift work
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (spoken and written)
• Own housing required

• Gross hourly wage: €19.54 - €23.02 (all-in, including 14% shift allowance), depending on knowledge, experience, and certification
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
• 25 vacation days, of which 5 days are paid out weekly
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension base
• 2-shift system: early shift 06:00-14:45 / late shift 14:30-22:30
• Possibility of a permanent contract with the client after 1,040 hours worked
