TIG Welder
As a TIG Welder, you are responsible for independently welding high-quality constructions and components, mainly in aluminum. You work from technical drawings and deliver precise work with attention to detail and quality. You have experience with thin-walled welding and aim for perfect weld seams. In this role, you work both independently and as part of a team on various projects in a clean and well-equipped working environment.

• Production of high-quality truss systems
Since the early 2000s, they have been designing and manufacturing truss constructions made of certified aluminum; both standard and custom solutions for the entertainment and AV market.
• Rental division with large inventory
They manage a considerable rental fleet – several kilometers of truss, hundreds of circular elements, and heavy towers – aimed at events, festivals, and trade shows.
• Strong focus on flexibility and quality
The organization is known for its fast service, flexibility with last-minute assignments, strict quality control, and safety certifications.

Both the production site in Venray and international sales (Germany, Europe, and even worldwide) are being actively developed.

The organization consists of a small to medium-sized team of about 25 to 30 employees working at the production site in Venray. What you’ll be doing:
• TIG welding of aluminum structures into complete systems
• Working on both custom-made and serial production projects
• Performing quality checks and finishing work
• Working in a clean, daytime-only production environment

Who we’re looking for:
🔹 EU passport or nationality
🔹 Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
🔹 Valid category B driver’s license
🔹 TIG welding experience at minimum level 2
🔹 Experience with round welding (welding along curves or around pipes/round objects)
🔹 Available to start on short notice
🔹 Motivated, responsible, and able to work with a strong sense of quality and precision

• A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
• Your salary will be paid weekly
• 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)

• We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
