This organization specializes in technical installation and maintenance work within the industrial sector. In this role, you manage cutting tools, molds, and clamping devices essential for manufacturing complex precision components from various materials. Minimizing setup times on CNC machines is an important part of the job. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Collecting the necessary (special) tools for each production order.

• Preparing and assembling tools for use by colleagues working as CNC Turners and CNC Milling Operators.

• Performing inspections and measurements of tools using a presetting device.

• Continuously learning about new tool developments and advising colleagues when needed.

• Inspecting returned tools.

• Collaborating with an external grinding company for tool maintenance.

• Managing inventory and placing orders for new tools when necessary.
