Truck Driver / Suction Excavator Operator (ELST/GLD)

Wat doe je gedurende de dag?As a Truck Driver / Suction Excavator Operator, you will drive from Elst to different projects in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Once you arrive on site, your job is not finished. You operate the suction equipment and work together with your colleagues to complete the project safely and efficiently.

Your work may include:

• Driving and operating a suction truck
• Working with suction hoses and equipment
• Removing sand, soil, gravel and construction materials
• Removing old insulation materials
• Removing gravel from roofs
• Safely exposing underground cables and pipes
• Working at residential, commercial and industrial locations
• Checking and maintaining the truck and equipment
• Working safely and carefully on site
• Communicating with customers and colleagues

No two days are the same. Some projects take longer than expected, so flexibility is important. You must be willing to work longer days and, when necessary, more than 40 hours per week.

What are we looking for?

• Driving licence C or CE
• Valid Code 95
• Practical and technically minded
• Willing to work physically as well as drive
• Able to work independently
• Responsible and careful with professional equipment
• Flexible regarding working hours
• Willing to work longer days when required
• Experience with suction trucks is an advantage, but not required if you are technically skilled and willing to learn
• Able to communicate in English and/or Dutch

This is a hands-on company where drivers do more than simply drive the truck. You are part of the work on site and take responsibility for both the vehicle and the job.
