To ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory and the timely delivery of results to our clients, we are looking for a responsible and accurate Sensory Laboratory Assistant with a hands-on approach to work. After an appropriate training period, the person in this role will work independently within a small, well-organized team consisting mainly of young professionals.
Responsibilities
Collecting samples from external greenhouses and open fields
Preparing and coding samples according to established procedures
Cutting and preparing fruits and vegetables in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations
Setting up tasting booths and monitoring equipment during sensory sessions
Learning and assisting with instrumental evaluation of fruit quality (size, weight, color, firmness, sugar and acid content)
Occasionally supporting instrumental evaluation of fruit quality (size, weight, color, firmness, sugar and acid content)
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Thursday

Gross salary: €16.63 per hour
