Functie eisen
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience spanning enterprise systems.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through managers and individual contributors.
- Experience managing technology budgets, external vendors, and strategic technology partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience scaling IT/Data/Systems environments within fast-growing or operationally complex organizations (e.g., Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail).
- Hands-on Strategy: Ability to translate business goals into technology roadmaps while staying close enough to execution to ensure delivery quality.
- Enterprise Fundamentals: Solid grasp of modern ERP/business applications, data governance, practical AI implementation, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Executive Presence: Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of partnering directly with C-suite leadership.
