From our Almere warehouse, we ensure customer orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time. We are a practical, close-knit team where reliability, teamwork and attention to detail matter.
We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team in Almere.
TasksWhat you’ll do
- Receive incoming deliveries and check goods against purchase orders
- Report shortages, damage or discrepancies
- Put stock away accurately and keep the warehouse organised
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers
- Support stock counts and inventory checks
- Update stock movements in NetSuite
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Report stock, packaging or equipment issues
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Reliable, punctual and practical
- Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting up to 20 kg
- Careful and accurate
- Basic computer skills and comfortable learning scanners or warehouse systems
- Good working English
- Able to work well in a team
- Legal right to work in the Netherlands
Nice to have
- Warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
- Experience with ERP or warehouse systems (NetSuite is a plus)
- Forklift certificate (heftruckcertificaat)
- Dutch language skills
- Experience with shipping carriers such as DHL, DPD or PostNL
What we offer
- €2,587.50 gross monthly salary
- Up to 10% discretionary performance-related bonus
- 8% holiday allowance, paid monthly
- 20 vacation days plus paid Dutch public holidays
- 1 additional vacation day for each full year of service, up to 5 extra days
- Travel allowance in line with company policy
- Support for relevant training and certifications
- Full-time on-site role in Almere
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30
- Any approved overtime is compensated in line with company policy (rare weekend work may occasionally be required)
