Warehouse Team Leader

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and improve processes, spotting problems and ensuring team members receive the right training
• Create reports and analyze data using the warehouse management system
• Maintain safety on the work floor at all times
• Coordinate with management and team leaders to discuss improvements and keep everyone informed
• Lead and coach your team, including performance reviews, absence management, and supporting their development
• Organize team operations, such as scheduling shifts, training, and tracking personnel changes

Working hours:

The job is from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

• At least one year of experience as a team leader or in a similar position within the logistic field
• Good communication skills also written and spoken in English language
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Stay calm under pressure and lead the team well in a busy environment
