As a Welding Operator, you will start by welding towbar components and inspecting welds to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. Once you have mastered these tasks, you will learn how to operate, set up, and adjust welding robots independently. You'll place components into the machines, solve minor technical issues, and carry out daily maintenance to keep production running smoothly. With support from experienced colleagues, you will continue to develop your technical skills and become an expert in the welding process. From its production facility in Staphorst, the company supplies high-quality products to vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, and automotive wholesalers around the world.
