Join our client, a global retailer in Amsterdam as AI Specialist, where your passion for artificial intelligence and community engagement will drive their (Gen)AI strategy forward. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to coordinate AI initiatives, enhance AI literacy through workshops, and foster an active AI community within the organization.

- Coordinate and track AI program initiatives in collaboration with the director and manager.
- Ensure timely progress and effective communication across teams involved in the AI program.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to enhance AI literacy and engagement across the organization.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and communications for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project updates.
- Contribute to project management by tracking project timelines, deliverables, and identifying potential risks.
- Develop playbooks and best practices to build and nurture an internal AI community.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote collaboration within the AI community.
- Organize and lead community events, such as lunch & learns, to encourage engagement and interaction.
- Maintain and expand a repository of AI use cases for reference and learning.
- Gather and analyze feedback from community members and stakeholders to improve ongoing AI initiatives and program adoption.
A nice assignment in Amsterdam until the end of June 2026, for 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be employed via us under a flexible contract, for a salary that ranges from € 4000 to € 4500 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Freelance is not an option. Please note that in order to be considered for this role, you need to be based in the Netherlands and fully eligible to work.
How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Functie eisen
* University degree in Business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or related field.* 3-5 years of experience in analytics, AI delivery, project management, or community building.
* Knowledge of GenAI tools, large language models (LLMs), and responsible AI practices.
* Passion for AI, data, and innovation.
* Experience with cross-functional projects or programs.
* Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Proficient in preparing presentations, documentation, and facilitating meetings/workshops.
* Proficiency in English.
* Experience in apparel/retail industry or large global organizations (preferred).
