Our client is a globally operating logistics service provider with many distribution centers across the country.
Functieomschrijving
As an operator, you will work at thel distribution center in Utrecht:
- You will be involved in setting up machines.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting: carrying out basic maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues, and assisting technical service with more complex problems.
- Operating a forklift for tasks at heights (after completing proper training and certification; candidates must not have a fear of heights).
- You will also gain experience in operating cranes, printers, and packaging machinery.
- You will work in various other roles, including EPT/order picking.
- Proficiency in computer skills is required.
Functie-eisen
- Flexibility – work in other positions as needed ( for example: EPT/orderpicker);
- Technical knowledge and understand the processes.
- Experience in warehouse work;
- Reachtruck certificate (Dutch);
- Good computer skills;
- Certificate of no criminal record (You don't need to have it with you; you can provide it after starting the job).
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Shift allowances,
- weekly payments,
- €15.03 per hour wage
- Opportunity for a raise after getting settled into the responsibilities,
- travel allowances over 10 kilometers – up to a maximum of €11.50 per day,
- possibility of transitioning to a contract with the client.
