Build a long-term commercial approach and create real added value for your customers

  • You develop strong trust-based relationships and strategic partnerships with distributors in Belgium, promoting the product portfolio to deliver on the commercial strategy.
  • Through product training and technical support, you provide excellent service to distributors.
  • You act as a true sales enabler, actively engaging with distributor sales teams to promote the high-value product portfolio.
  • You set up and coordinate product trials with distributors and share the results with them to demonstrate added value.
  • You are accountable for achieving turnover and margin targets, as well as for implementing your sales forecast and budget in close collaboration with the Commercial Director.
  • As Area Sales Manager Belgium, you take part in trade fairs and sector-related events, reporting directly to David, your Commercial Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree : Bioengineering, Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology or related.
  • Proven experience in account management within the agricultural sector; experience working with distribution networks is a plus.
  • Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and French, enabling you to cover the entire Belgian market.
