And this is your chance to be part of that story: we are looking for a BIM data expert to join our business.Your role:This position will be a part of our IOT team (The Internet of Things) and will work on the implementation and optimization of BIM processes to support our clients within several important programs.As a BIM data expert focuses on both strategic advice and the practical execution of BIM-specific tasks, especially in the programs. The goal is to realize uniform and streamlined workflows, which ensure more efficiency, better collaboration and consistent use of BIM data within the various departments.Responsibilities:

• Address issues related to AID and the data team in the (open)BIM sector.
• Coordinate agreements in the BIM domain for the specified programs.
• Evaluate/Testing BIM models against the requirements.
• Provide guidance on delivery specifications to the IM team and advise on the approach and testing plans for MCs regarding BIM delivery.
• Leverage (open)BIM expertise to facilitate the implementation of BIM data across various applications (Implementation).
• Transform and enable access to BIM data for multiple applications ( , Schiphol Maps, PowerBI).

The focus programs:

• • Low voltage in order - generating E-schemas from BIM.
  • Road - Data enrichment and/or data ambition determination using BIM data.
  • BIM2Maintain - Coordination of BIM-related matters with MC's BOK, BIM issues within our BPI data team
  • Data requests where BIM data is required (such as Window Cleaning, Fire Safety, Terminal Use Cases, BIM for Portfolio).

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in BIM Data or any related fields
• Experience and strong knowledge of BIM workflows and openBIM standards (IFC, BCF, IDS) is required.
• Experienced in coordinating large, multidisciplinary projects, with the ability to define and oversee collaboration among various departments and external Analytical skills for testing BIM models: Experience with quality control of models (Solibri Modelcheck application) and ensuring data quality.
• Expertise and experience in making BIM data accessible for various applications using various software applications such as Esri, Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.
• Communication and connecting skills: The Capacity to build bridges between different chain partners to create uniformity in the BIM approach.
• Good Communication in both English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of asset management is a plus.
