As a Brand Media Specialist from January 6, 2026, to April 5, 2026, you will play a hands-on role in shaping our social presence, activating and optimizing Paid Social campaigns, and delivering insights that maximize brand impact across the EMEA region.

As a Brand Media Specialist from January 6, 2026, to April 5, 2026, you will play a hands-on role in shaping our social presence, activating and optimizing Paid Social campaigns, and delivering insights that maximize brand impact across the EMEA region.
The Ideal candidate has:
- 3 till 5 years of proven success leading Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest;
- Hands-on expertise with Smartly and a solid working knowledge of Google Ads to drive full-funnel performance;
- Data-driven decision-maker skilled at navigating dashboards, interpreting metrics, and optimizing for impact;
- Clear, collaborative communicator able to partner across teams and juggle multiple campaigns with ease;
- Bonus strengths: experience with creative testing, brand media planning, and cross-channel performance strategies.

* Drive high-performing paid social campaigns by building, launching, and optimizing across core platforms with precision and in-platform excellence;* Ensure seamless campaign delivery through daily pacing, performance monitoring, and proactive troubleshooting in partnership with channel leads and agency partners;
* Optimize creative impact by managing trafficking, testing variants, and translating insights into actionable improvements;
* Turn data into strategy with weekly reporting that highlights trends, uncovers opportunities, and informs performance-driven decisions;
* Streamline operations by maintaining accurate and efficient workflows in Smartly and platform ad managers, ensuring campaigns run flawlessly.
