Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Group Owner / Business Analyst with strong, demonstrable expertise in Delivery, Agile, IT Controls, and ITIL processes. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining processes that enable efficient delivery and compliance across multiple platforms.

The core focus of this role is to drive operational excellence and compliance through robust process management:

• Process Definition: Define or revisit processes and frameworks for Delivery, Agile methodologies, IT Controls, and ITIL.
• Adoption and Compliance: Drive widespread adoption and ensure strict adherence to these established processes across multiple platforms and teams.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze platform performance metrics, identify key improvement opportunities, and provide actionable advice to stakeholders.
• Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with various teams to prioritize initiatives and create a forward-looking roadmap based on anticipated future developments and current operational challenges.
• Communication: Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, providing clear and concise overviews of ongoing activities and process health.
• Innovation: Actively explore and evaluate opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for process optimization and delivery improvements.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in a complex IT environment.
• Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in Delivery processes, Agile methodologies, IT Controls, and ITIL frameworks.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret performance data, diagnose issues, and formulate practical solutions.
• Drive: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to initiate and manage organizational change.
• Communication: Fluent and effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
