Job description
Are you passionate about pushing technology to its limits? We are seeking a Change Lead | Configuration Management with strong communication and leadership skills to enhance the Configuration Management processes at our client ASML, directly impacting ASML's efficiency and profitability.
As a Change Lead in the Configuration Management department, you will be crucial in maintaining product integrity and strengthening customer trust. You will collaborate with cross-sector teams to drive product changes efficiently, focusing on minimizing implementation risks and costs while fostering continuous improvement.
The role primarily concerns design changes and DPD changes (Design Process Documentation/Data Package Development changes), and requires an understanding of the production process – including the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implements changes at an operational level and elevates processes to a higher level.
- Contributes ideas to the project team on how things can be improved.
- Drive and steer impact analysis based on the complexity of changes.
- Plan changes towards defined configurations.
- Control dependencies and hold people accountable for actions and timelines.
- Lead operational meetings to steer and drive change.

- Secure the traceability of configurations by applying company change policies.

- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in sustaining and New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Ability to combine operational and project management skills within a technical environment.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and dependencies.
- Understanding of change impact on suppliers, factories, and customers.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies to improve processes.
- Capable of managing scope, complexity, and risk mitigation under pressure
