Are you an experienced CNC Milling Operator who enjoys working with precision and advanced technology? For one of our clients, we are looking for motivated professionals to join a leading high-tech manufacturing company in 't Harde.
In this role, you will manufacture complex, customer-specific components in small production series. You'll work independently with modern CNC milling machines and contribute to products used in innovative industries such as semiconductors, optics, and energy.

Wat wij vragen- MBO working and thinking level
- Experience as a CNC Milling Operator
- Experience reading technical drawings and setup plans
- Experience independently setting up CNC milling machines
- Knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes
- Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens control systems
- Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage)
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation
- A proactive and quality-focused attitude
- A gross monthly salary between €3,180 and €5,376, depending on your experience
- Attractive shift allowance
- A full-time position (36–40 hours per week)
