We are looking for a motivated CNC Laser Cutting Operator to join a professional metal processing company. In this role, you will independently operate laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to drawings and specifications.
As a CNC Laser Cutting Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting machines. You ensure that all parts are cut precisely, efficiently, and safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be working in a small team with short communication lines, where quality and teamwork are highly valued.

- To have EU citizenship or work permit for the Netherlands
- Experience in machine operation or metal processing is a plus
- Technical understanding or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
- Eye for detail and strong focus on quality
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- English language skills
- Willing to follow safety protocols at all times
- Salary between €15,00 – €19,00 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) + overtime possible
- Fixed working schedule: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–13:00
