As a CNC Operator, you will produce high-quality plastic packaging products. You’ll work in a modern and dynamic environment where quality comes first. Using 3-axis CNC machines, your main responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and operating CNC machines based on technical drawings.

  • Clamping and machining plastic components to achieve the desired final result.

  • Performing preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment.

  • Using the necessary personal protective equipment to work safely.

You will also focus on quality and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Working hours alternate weekly: one week from 06:00 to 15:00, and the next from 15:00 to 00:00.

You will join HQ Plastics, part of the HQ Group. This company manufactures packaging for fragile components and provides cleanroom services to high-tech companies in the region. Wat wij jou bieden

Based on a 40-hour workweek, you will receive:

  • A gross salary of €3321.94, including an 18% shift allowance.

  • 8% holiday pay and 28 vacation days.

  • Travel allowance for distances starting from 10 kilometers.

You work neatly, quickly spot errors, and resolve them immediately. You also bring:

  • A vocational education level (MBO) or equivalent practical thinking and working skills.

  • Proven experience as a CNC operator; experience in plastic or metal processing is a great advantage.

  • Knowledge of technical drawings.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Availability to work in two shifts.
