Are you an experienced turner who works accurately and independently? For a technical company in the port of Rotterdam, specialized in ship repairs and maintenance, we are looking for a conventional turner. Varied work, a no-nonsense work atmosphere and plenty of room for development.
Waar je komt te werken:You will be working at a technical company active in the port of Rotterdam and surrounding ports, specializing in ship repairs, construction work, hydraulic repairs, and maintenance. In addition, the company supplies lashing, dunnage, towing, and safety equipment, and provides engineering and workshop production of special sea fastenings. The workshop is equipped with modern machines and equipment. All fabrication work is carried out by experienced technicians, with attention to precision and the correct specifications.
Wat je gaat doen:As a conventional turner, you are responsible for neatly and meticulously performing machining operations on various components, according to drawings and work instructions. You work independently on a lathe and are involved in the new manufacturing or repair of parts - single pieces or small series in steel or stainless steel.

- Gross hourly wage: € 15.20 - € 21.26 (depending on experience and level)
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 25 vacation days per year
- Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pension basis
- 38 hours per week, flexible working hours, working hours from 07:00 to 15:30
