  • Manage escalated cases from the first-line team, addressing more complex problems.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales platforms and maintain service levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in online meetings to stay connected and aligned.
  • Monitor and respond to emails within agreed service level timelines.

  • Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong experience in customer interaction, with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence in using computers and MS Office.
  • Enthusiastic personality and customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to travel to the Venlo office once per month.
  • Must reside within one hour travelling distance from Venlo.
