You’ll join a down-to-earth, energetic team within the Just Brands HQ in Lijnden, Netherlands. The product department works closely with design, buying, and sales to create strong and distinctive collections. YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree (AMFI, Saxion, TMO or similar).
- Strong understanding of men’s fashion, product lifecycle, and the commercial fashion landscape.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required. German is a plus.
YOUR SKILLS
- Product Development Expertise: Solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle — from initial design to bulk production.
- PLM & System Knowledge: Proficient in Delogue, Navision/Pebblestone, and Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Clear and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial Focus: You combine creativity with a business mindset to make commercially strong decisions.
- Planning & Organization: You’re a structured planner with a hands-on mentality.
- Flexibility & Drive: You enjoy variety in your day and are proactive in adapting to challenges.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative team player with a good dose of positive energy.

- Develop seasonal bottoms collection for PME in close cooperation with the design and product teams.
- Maintain daily contact with suppliers to follow up on product development and production timelines.
- Analyze sample feedback, provide structured and constructive comments, and follow through on necessary adjustments.
- Work in PLM systems (Delogue) to manage all style and development data efficiently.
- Publish tech packs and style sheets for the collections.
- Conduct fabric and trim selections with a keen eye for detail and commercial viability.
- Join the team on supplier visits and production trips to evaluate quality, discuss improvements, and build long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate planning and prepare collection timelines, keeping a sharp focus on deadlines while remaining flexible for ad hoc priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the stylist, merchandiser, and other team members for a smooth workflow and aligned results.
