Your Role
For our client Coty International, we are looking for an all-round facility professional. Are you a hands-on and flexible worker who enjoys stepping in quickly for ad-hoc requests? Do you like taking responsibility for the facility matters within an organization, from technical tasks to supporting the service desk? Then we are looking for you!
Job Description
As a facility employee, you are the hub in the management of our facility processes. You ensure an efficient and well-organized working environment by:
- Preparing rooms for meetings and events, including the proper technology (in cooperation with IT) and facilities.
- Providing support to the service desk, both regarding employee requests and solving minor technical issues.
- Performing facility rounds, including daily building inspections and health & safety checks, being alert to possible improvements and safety concerns.
- Independently carrying out technical tasks, ranging from small repairs to solving everyday facility challenges.
- Proactively identifying needs and contributing ideas for improvements in facility processes.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is hands-on and not intimidated by ad-hoc requests.
- Is flexible and enjoys working in a team, but can also operate independently.
- Has technical insight and is able to handle small tasks independently.
- Is well-organized and takes responsibility for their own tasks and duties.
- Is customer-oriented, professional, and communicatively strong. The working language within the company is English.
- Can switch quickly between different priorities.
- Has MBO (secondary vocational) level of work and thinking.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but motivation and the right attitude are just as important to us.
