TasksWhat will you do
As a financial administrative assistant at Petite Amélie, you are part of a small but close team that is responsible for the complete financial administration of multiple entities within our organization. You play an important role in processing and checking financial transactions and ensure that everything is precise down to the smallest detail.
- Processing bank transactions
- Posting of purchase invoices
- Preparing payments
- Reconciliation of receipts
- Intercompany invoicing
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Reconciliation of payments via marketplaces and payment service providers
- Performing audit procedures
What do you bring
For this position, we are looking for someone who works accurately, is independent and likes to think along about improving processes.
- A completed financial education at least MBO-4 level
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
- Knowledge of VAT processing is a plus
- You work accurately and in a structured way
- Fluent in English
- You are digitally skilled, especially with Excel
- You are a strong communicator, proactive and respectful
