Are you a highly motivated and experienced Functional Vehicle Test Engineer eager to contribute to the advancement of innovative vehicle technologies? DAF Trucks, a leader in the trucking industry, is actively seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team in Eindhoven. This is a crucial role, and we are looking for the right person to fill this position quickly.
 

In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and reliability of DAF's vehicles. Your typical day will include:

• Preparing, executing, and analyzing functional tests on vehicles and systems
• Documenting and evaluating test results
• Coordinating test setup and execution with internal clients
• Developing corporate test standards for functional testing and new test procedures
• Actively contributing to improvements in testing efficiency and quality

As a Functional Vehicle Test Engineer, you will bring the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in functional vehicle testing
• Experience with measurement techniques, Embedded Control Systems, and CAN bus systems
• Basic knowledge of eMobility components and architectures
• A valid truck driving license (CE) is essential.
• Good English and Dutch language skills
