As a General Fieldworker, your main tasks include:
- Sowing by hand and machine
- Harvesting crops and leaf cutting
- Vibrating trusses and preparing facilities
- Removing crops and cleaning facilities
- Following daily instructions and supporting other teams when needed
This role requires good physical condition, careful handling of plants, and a tidy approach. Tasks may involve bending, lifting, or standing/sitting for long periods.
Location: Bergschenhoek
Hours: This is a full-time position with day shift only.
(Peak seasons may require extended hours, Saturdays, or shift work)

- Responsible use of tools and equipment
- Physically fit for repetitive tasks and lifting
- Salary: €16,63 per hour
- Travel Allowance: €0.23 per km
- Supportive and innovative work environment
- Opportunity to gain experience in biotechnology and crop research
