Greenhouse Coordinator

As a Gereenhouse Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of a specific part of the greenhouse production process. You’ll operate machines, perform light maintenance, and ensure everything runs efficiently and safely. Part of your role includes coordinating and supervising other team members especially during busy periods.

What you'll do:

• Operating greenhouse machinery and equipment.
• Disinfecting materials according to hygiene protocols.
• Performing light maintenance on machines.
• Delivering vegetables or potted plants.
• Carrying out routine cultivation activities like watering.
• Cleaning and tidying the workspace and materials.
• Operating a forklift to move materials.

The company is located in Vierpolders. You'll work from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:30. Overtime is possible, and occasional Saturday work may be required, so flexibility is appreciated.

Globe Plant specializes in the durable and hygienic cultivation of high-quality vegetable plants. The company also focuses on floriculture, producing Cut Gerbera, Antirrhinum, Panicum, and the well-known Gerbera Durora. All plants are grown sustainably with geothermal energy, combining innovation with care for the environment.

• Ability to independently perform production tasks.
• Experience operating machinery and forklifts.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed.
• Experience in a similar role or production environment.
• Knowledge of English and Dutch.

• Competitive salary between €15.22 and €16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• 60% overtime bonus after 38 hours.
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer (for 10-26 km)
