We build the infrastructure that helps broadcasters, brands, sports organisations, and content creators manage, move, and monetize their media. This is not a standard marketing job and it is not a standard sales job. It is the role that makes everything else move faster.

You will own growth execution across three lanes: commercial, marketing, and operations. You are the person who runs demos in the morning, publishes content in the afternoon, and makes sure the team event next week is sorted before anyone had to ask. You keep projects on track, manage timelines, and translate plans into execution. You thrive on variety. You hate unfinished business.

You work directly with the CCO and CEO. There is no layer between you and the decisions that matter.

01 / GROWTH Pipeline & revenue

Demos, outreach, CRM ownership, events. You drive the commercial front end.

02 / MARKETING Content & campaigns

Copy, social, campaigns, agency coordination. You build the brand in market.

03 / OPS Execution & logistics

Planning, project management, travel, events, team ops. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Tasks
  • Run live and recorded product demos, webinars, and prospect calls
  • Build and manage your own pipeline in Attio CRM, keep it clean and current
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) based on existing strategy
  • Produce content across formats: written, video, social, newsletters, and event materials
  • Manage social media channels and analyse performance
  • Coordinate external agencies, designers, and freelancers
  • Represent MediaLab at industry events including NAB, IBC, and regional events
  • Support internal planning and keep processes on track across the team
  • Own project and product management across key workstreams: track deliverables, manage timelines, and make sure nothing waits on a missing decision
  • Organise travel, accommodation, client visits, and team events end to end
  • Use LinkedIn, AI tools, and whatever else it takes to find, engage, and close
Requirements
  • English is the required language for our European market expansion, Dutch is very helpful for our existing customers in Benelux, eligible to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship
  • 3-5 years in a commercial, marketing, or operations role, or a track record that proves you can do this
  • You have run campaigns independently and know how to read the results and improve them
  • You are comfortable on camera, in a live demo, and producing your own content
  • You do not wait to be told what to do next, you take full ownership of outcomes
  • You treat operational work with the same ambition you bring to commercial work, logistics done right is a competitive advantage
  • Experienced with tools like Attio, LinkedIn, Google Analytics or Matomo, MailChimp, and AI tools
