Golden House Amsterdam is looking for a self-employed chef. This independent position involves preparing roast meats. The chef will be primarily responsible for the production of Peking duck, Babibangang, spare ribs, and barbecued pork. Babibangang and roast pork have a long history in Chinese restaurants in the Netherlands, almost 100 years old, and are also very popular with local customers. However, the production process is also very complex.

Salary in accordance with the hospitality industry collective labor agreement (CAO), starting at €2,469, depending on education and experience
