Junior Operator 3-shifts

• Operate and monitor production and packaging lines.
• Perform quality checks on cheese products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Set up, adjust, and change machine settings.
• Identify deviations in the process and act accordingly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Interest in technology, machines, or production environments.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Accurate, responsible, and proactive working style.
• Full-time availability.
• Dutch or English speaking.
• Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required.

• Salary up to €3,250 gross/month (including shift allowance).
• 36-hour work week in a 3-shift system.
• 8% holiday allowance + 4% year-end bonus.
