As part of our strong growth, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of the Benelux market. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our distribution network, driving sales, and strengthening customer relationships.

Tasks
  • Lead the development and expansion of our distribution network in the Benelux region
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key retail and distribution partners
  • Drive sales growth through effective negotiation of prices, conditions, and promotional agreements
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to grow portfolio and core assortments
  • Identify opportunities and execute initiatives to boost revenue and market share
  • Conduct in-depth market and performance analysis, translating insights into clear action plans
  • Design and implement joint business plans with key accounts
  • Actively contribute to brand-building and optimization of market presence
  • Prepare sales documentation, customer-specific offers, and promotional concepts
  • Work closely with our Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and impactful go-to-market strategies
  • Deliver customer training and support for sales teams at the point of sale
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
  • Proven track record in sales of premium/complex products or services, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a confident presence
  • Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a structured working style
  • Highly self-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build long-lasting partnerships
  • (Near) native Dutch proficiency and fluent English skills are reuqired.
  • Preferrably resides in Netherlands or Germany at the moment.
