Informatie
At Bundle-Up!, we’re reshaping access to manufacturing for emerging clothing brands. By grouping orders from multiple small brands, we enable high-quality production at wholesale prices—without the need for large volumes. We’re a fast-growing startup preparing for our first official campaign, and we’re looking for a Legal Advisor Intern to help us build the legal foundation of this innovative model.
Tasks- Draft, review, and update contracts with brands and manufacturers.
- Support in defining terms and conditions for platform usage.
- Help assess the legal implications of our business model (intermediation, payments, ownership, etc.).
- Research EU and Dutch regulations regarding e-commerce, consumer rights, and IP.
- Advise on how to work with individual entrepreneurs who don’t have a registered company.
- Assist in setting up legal tools that build trust (NDAs, design protection, cancellation policies, etc.).
- Law student (3rd year or Master’s level), preferably with a focus on commercial law, contract law, or startup law.
- Knowledge of the legal framework in the Netherlands and/or the European Union.
- Strong legal writing skills in English.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Interest in startups, fashion, or digital business models.
First-hand experience in a real startup launch.
Flexible hours and hybrid/remote work options.
Tangible impact with visible results from day one.
Participation in key meetings with founders, brands, and suppliers.
Opportunity to transition into a long-term role based on performance.
If you’re passionate about law and innovation and want to work where your input truly matters, we’d love to hear from you!
Apply now and expect a fast, simple selection process: CV review, short interview, and quick onboarding if there’s a fit.
