Why this role mattersAs our new Manager Product Development, you make sure collections move from concept to delivery with the right balance of quality, timing, margin and consistency. You help keep teams aligned, standards high and the full development process sharp enough to support the brands as they grow. You are not here to manage handovers.

You are here to make sure our product development lands right, every time.

What you’ll do

• Lead, mentor and develop the product development team;
  
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from concept to delivery;
  
• Guard quality, timing, margin and execution;
  
• Work closely with design, buying and logistics;
  
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and help improve performance.
