Mobile IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional support.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment.
  • Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies.
  • Document your approach and problem resolution in a ticketing system.
  • Manage IT assets effectively.
  • Travel to various client locations to provide on-site support.
Skills:
  • Proven experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English to effectively interact with local end-users and provide online support.
  • Hands-on experience with software and operating system deployment using SCCM or other relevant technologies.
  • Prior experience working as an IT Support Engineer.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
