In this role, you work as an operator with modern production lines, have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself, and work together in a committed team. You directly contribute to the quality of fresh products and take on significant responsibility. About the function
As an operator, you are the one who keeps the production process running smoothly. You start your shift by setting up the machines and making sure everything is ready for production. During your work, you keep a close eye on the process, make adjustments when needed, and work together with your colleagues on the line. You weigh, pack, and label products according to clear guidelines and make sure packaging materials are replenished on time. Quality comes first: you carry out checks on oxygen, allergens, metal detection, and product weights. You solve minor technical issues yourself, and for bigger problems you call in the technical team. At the end of your shift, you and your team thoroughly clean the line so everything is ready for the next run. The work can sometimes be physically demanding and requires you to act quickly in the event of unexpected breakdowns, but you’re never alone and can always rely on your colleagues.
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €2722.03 and €3213.30 (excluding bonuses)
- 25 vacation days and 9.5 additional days off (based on full-time)

What we need
- Experience as an operator in a production environment
- Secondary vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking
- You speak and understand Dutch or English
- Willing to work in a 2-shift system and occasionally on weekends
