What will you do?
As an Operator, your responsibilities include:
- Setting up production processes, operating machines, and keeping an eye on the packaging lines for a smooth workflow.
- Solving technical issues quickly so the line keeps running without unnecessary downtime.
- Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets the highest standards.
- Leading your team and making sure everyone works well together to hit production goals.
- Following hygiene and safety rules, and helping improve the process wherever possible.
Who are you?
- You’ve got technical skills and can solve problems independently.
- You speak English or Polish so you can communicate clearly with your team.
- You’ve worked as an operator before — or you're eager to learn the job.
- You work with precision and think in solutions to keep production flowing.
- You’re open to working some extra hours now and then (average of 6 per month, paid at 135%).
