TasksYour responsibilities
- In the first year, the focus is on developing existing accounts, understanding the portfolio, and gradually generating new customers
- Current NL revenue approx. €1M, target is to grow toward €2M. Company in NL was established 10/2024.
Lead generation:
- Combination of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
Sales support:
- 2 Customer Service Specialists (NL)
- Warehouse leader and warehouse worker
- Branch Manager support if needed
Your profile
- Class B driving licence and willingness to travel
Language:
- Dutch required
Typical customers:
- Furniture industry, furniture components, interior companies, workshops and smaller manufacturers
- Many customers are smaller businesses (approx. 20–50 employees)
Benefits
Equipment provided:
- Company car, mobile phone, laptop, tablet
Compensation:
- Base salary: approx. €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month
- Bonus: up to ~17% of annual salary depending on KPIs.
Contract:
- 12-month contract initially, then unlimited
- Probation period: 1 month
