As a Processoperator, you are in charge of the preparation: from precisely measuring out ingredients to managing the storage tanks. Together with your team, you ensure that the taste and quality are exactly what the entire country expects from us. You will work in a 3-shift system, get plenty of opportunities to grow, and earn an excellent salary that increases significantly with shift allowances.

As a Processoperator, you are indispensable at the very heart of our production. You are responsible for accurately preparing the sauces and salads according to the recipe. You monitor the process from A to Z and ensure that the quality remains consistently high.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing sauces & salads: You measure and mix ingredients exactly according to the recipe, ensuring every batch has the perfect taste and texture.
• Managing process & storage: You fill and schedule the storage tanks. You maintain the overview and make sure the right raw materials are available at the right moment.
• Quality control: You perform strict checks on texture, temperature, and taste. Only the absolute best product moves on to the packaging line.
• Planning & coordination: You work closely with the shift supervisors to keep the production schedule running smoothly and hit the daily targets.
• Hygiene & safety: Working in the food industry means that hygiene and safety are always your absolute priority.

You are a driven operator who takes initiative and stays level-headed, even under pressure. You also recognize yourself in the following points:

• You have at least an MBO-3 working and thinking level (a completed operator or food education program is a plus).
• You have demonstrable experience in the food or process industry and know how to apply process optimizations.
• You have a proactive attitude and are solution-oriented.
• You are available full-time for the 3-shift rota (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00).
• You speak English and/or Dutch fluently. Knowledge of the German language is a nice bonus.
