Informatie
At Just Brands, we build menswear brands with character. PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard each have their own voice, their own audience and their own place in the market. In B2C, growth isn’t only about traffic. It’s about experience: making shopping easier, more inspiring and more personal so customers come back. Our Digital Product Development team is a key part of that. This is where we improve our webshops and consumer apps and make the omnichannel journey better, sprint by sprint.
But what really sets us apart is how we work together.
We’re team first. No ego, no unnecessary layers, no endless talking, no corporate theatre. We back each other, speak up, take ownership and keep pushing for better. We work hard, stay sharp and make sure there’s room to enjoy the ride too.
That’s what starts your engine.
Why this role mattersThis is where business, customer experience and tech come together. As our Product Owner Ecommerce, you own the vision, roadmap and backlog. You translate strategy and business needs into clear user stories and smart solutions that drive conversion, order value and customer loyalty, while keeping internal customer satisfaction strong too. You are not here to move tickets around.
You are here to set direction, keep priorities sharp and ship features that actually matter.
What you’ll do
- Build and own your roadmap and manage the product backlog;
- Actively contribute to writing and refining user stories with stakeholders and development;
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse pain points, gather requirements and set clear priorities;
- Improve the omnichannel customer journey using data and feedback from end users;
- Initiate improvements in your domain and the surrounding IT landscape by continuously evaluating processes and integrations;
- Support development teams in daily collaboration (including stand-ups and sprint moments);
- Keep everyone aligned: what we’re building, why it matters, and what “done” looks like.
What success looks like in your first year
- A backlog that is sharp, structured and well-prioritized;
- Shipped improvements that measurably impact conversion, order value or customer experience;
- Stakeholders who trust you as the owner of the roadmap;
- A smoother delivery flow because requirements and user stories are clear;
- Better decisions through stronger use of data, feedback and learnings.
What makes this role exciting
- You work on platforms used by thousands of customers every day;
- You sit at the intersection of customer, business and tech;
- You join a team focused on continuous development, not just maintenance;
- You help improve the omnichannel experience across retail, ecommerce and marketplaces;
- You get room to test, learn, improve and build with pace.
You’ll probably love this role if you…
- enjoy prioritizing and making clear calls;
- like working with many teams while keeping overview
- combine data thinking with customer experience intuition
- take ownership and push things through until they are live
- get energy from building strong user stories and improving iteratively
What you bring
- Completed HBO degree, preferably in e-commerce, IT or web development
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an ecommerce environment
- Experience with Magento and Highstreet (or similar app provider) is a plus
- Familiar with Agile, backlog management and iterative development
- Strong stakeholder management in a dynamic setup with multiple teams/agencies
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset: you combine data with creativity and customer thinking
- Curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
What Just Brands is really likeWe’re team first. We keep it direct, make clear decisions and take ownership. No ego. Just building, improving and enjoying the wins together.
You’ll join a company where:
- People help each other out;
- Ideas and people matter more than job titles;
- Hard work matters, and so does enjoying the ride;
- If something can be better, we improve it.
What you getYou step into a role with real influence on digital product development. You’ll work in a close-knit specialist team with room to grow, build and accelerate.
- Salary depending on experience and background;
- End-of-year bonus equal to one gross monthly salary;
- Healthy and varied lunch every day;
- (our own) Gym access including classes (boxing, yoga and padel);
- Parties and drinks that will be talked about for years to come;
- Staff discount on our clothing.
